Entez has completed the acquisition of Romanian sports betting and casino affiliate SUPERPONT CT S.R.L., adding a set of high-performing media assets to its growing affiliate portfolio. The deal marks Entez’ second acquisition within a short period of time, following the company’s recent purchase of the Comskill portfolio.
The transaction includes several established Romanian-facing websites, including Superpont.com, Pontul-zilei.com and Cazinoz.ro. Together, the Superpont assets delivered more than 21,000 first-time depositors (FTDs) during 2025, highlighting their strong performance.
Founded in 2013, Superpont began as a sports betting community before evolving into a leading iGaming affiliate operation in Romania. Over time, the company has built a strong local presence through content-driven media brands focused on sports betting insights, daily predictions and online casino coverage.
As part of the acquisition, Superpont’s original founders will remain with the business and continue to manage day-to-day operations. Entez will support the company with additional technology, commercial and operational capabilities to help further scale the business.
“We started as a small sports betting community in 2013, and over the years became a leading iGaming affiliate in the country,” said Tudor Popa, co-founder of Superpont.
Looking ahead, the founders see the acquisition as a platform for continued growth. “We have our sleeves rolled up for the next growth phase,” added Cristian Militaru, another co-founder of Superpont.
Founded in 2018, Entez operates as an iGaming affiliate company focused on connecting licensed operators with casino- and sports-focused audiences. Headquartered in Riga, the company has built a strong presence in the Baltic region and continues to expand across multiple regulated European markets.
The acquisition of Superpont further strengthens Entez’ position in key local markets and reflects a continued focus on partnering with established affiliate operators that combine strong performance with deep local market expertise.
