December 13, 2025 (Miami, FL) – Xpoint, a leading geolocation and compliance technology partner to the online real-money gaming industry, has secured a new growth funding round led by existing investor Bettor Capital.
Funding aimed at product delivery and team expansion
The fresh capital will be used to fast-track Xpoint’s R&D roadmap and expand its product and engineering teams, allowing the company to deliver next-generation capabilities to operators worldwide at greater speed and scale.

Why geolocation is still a frontline issue
Built specifically for regulated gaming, Xpoint’s platform combines fast, highly accurate geofencing with advanced fraud-detection tools. Its technology is designed to detect and stop spoofing attempts, block unauthorized wagers, and surface suspicious activity in real time, helping operators launch and grow in online sportsbook, iCasino, lottery, DFS and sweepstakes markets with confidence.
The company also emphasised “audit-ready” compliance automation and quick integration for multiple verticals, including sportsbook, iCasino, lottery, DFS and sweepstakes, with patent-pending border algorithms aimed at reducing friction for legitimate users near jurisdictional lines.
Momentum across North America, plus live projects abroad
Xpoint’s recent commercial momentum includes active and pending deployments with major brands such as bet365 and PrizePicks in North America, with additional partnerships to be announced.
Beyond North America, Xpoint said it is live with clients in Brazil and the UAE, including the UAE Lottery and Play971, which it described as the first regulated online gaming and sports betting entity in the region.
Bettor Capital doubles down on compliance infrastructure
For Bettor Capital, a New Jersey-based growth equity and venture investor focused on the real-money online gaming software supply chain, the round is another bet on infrastructure providers that sit close to regulation and risk.
