Miami, FL – April 22, 2025 – Xpoint, a leading provider of geolocation and compliance technology, today announced the appointment of Tom Flaherty as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This strategic addition to the leadership team comes as Xpoint continues to accelerate its global expansion and strengthen its position in the iGaming sector.
Flaherty brings with him a wealth of experience in financial strategy, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across the software, SaaS, and technology industries. Prior to joining Xpoint, he served as CFO of ActiveWorx, where he successfully led the company through a Series A funding round and two strategic acquisitions, culminating in a successful exit via acquisition in 2024.
In his new role at Xpoint, Flaherty will work alongside CEO Manu Gambhir and the executive leadership team to drive fundraising initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and support the company’s mission to become the go-to geolocation technology provider in regulated markets worldwide.
