27th August 2025 – Independent slots studio Thunderkick has launched Carnival Queen 2, the sequel to its Mardi Gras-inspired hit, bringing operators a refreshed reel structure, infinite multiplier, and up to 25,000x win potential.
Building on the success of the original, Carnival Queen 2 introduces a dynamic grid layout where reel height can vary randomly from two to seven symbols, offering between 5,040 and 117,649 ways to win.
The popular Avalanche mechanic returns, removing winning symbols and increasing the multiplier by 1x with each cascade. Unlike capped multipliers, this one can increase indefinitely, sustaining engagement as long as new combinations continue to land.
Also making a comeback is the Exploding Wild, now powering both base and bonus game potential. This feature removes all symbols vertically and one at random from every other reel, while expanding its own reel to unlock even more paylines.
