Tangam Systems has announced a new artificial intelligence-based product for casino performance analysis, while also reporting that its technology has now been installed at 300 properties worldwide.
The Canada-based supplier of business-optimisation technology for the gaming industry said its AI Assistant & Reporting capability uses large language models together with Tangam’s casino-specific data models. The product is designed to make performance analysis faster and more accessible for gaming operators.
Natural Language Data Analysis
Tangam said the new capability uses key performance indicator definitions and operational context. This lets them pose natural language questions and get answers in return based on the data that is already being utilised by their business.
The firm revealed that the software would allow users to analyse their performance, generate visualizations and customized reports, and automatically distribute reports. The functions will cover operational, player, and financial data.
The AI Assistant & Reporting product is intended to bring these activities into a single offering. Rather than limiting analysis to existing report formats, the tool will allow users to request information in a more direct way while retaining the operational context and data definitions used by casino teams.
Debut Planned At G2E 2026
Tangam AI Assistant & Reporting will make its debut at the Global Gaming Expo 2026 edition in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is scheduled to run from September 28 to October 1.
The launch will introduce the new product alongside Tangam Systems’ existing range of technology for gaming operations. The company said its newer capabilities combine slot, table, electronic table game, and patron data to provide broader visibility into casino-wide and player-level performance.
300-Property Milestone Reached
Tangam Systems also said its technology had passed the milestone of installations at 300 properties around the world. The achievement comes 1 year after the company announced that its products had been installed at more than 200 casino properties in 13 markets.
The company said the latest milestone reflected continued adoption of data-driven optimisation across the gaming industry, as well as the confidence operators place in its technology.
Tangam’s existing products include TYM, or Table Games Yield Management, and SODA, standing for Slot Optimisation & Data Analytics. The products are designed to provide gaming operators with actionable insights across table games and slot operations.
Technology Range Continues To Grow
The company said its technology now covers a wider range of gaming and patron information. By bringing together data from slots, tables, ETGs, and patrons, the newer capabilities are intended to give operators a wider view of performance across their casinos and at the individual player level.
The 300-property milestone was described by Tangam president Maulin Gandhi as more than a measure of company growth. He said it represented the effect of helping operators spend less time collecting and analysing information and more time acting on opportunities to improve performance.
Broader Visibility For Operators
Tangam said the combination of data sources would support analysis across operational, player, and financial areas. The company’s announcement places the AI capability within its existing focus on optimisation and reporting for casino operators.
Tangam will present its AI Assistant & Reporting product at G2E 2026 as it continues to expand its technology offering. The product’s planned debut follows the company’s latest installation milestone and adds artificial intelligence-based analysis to its casino-focused data tools.
