Super Group ended 2025 with strong results, reporting revenue of $2.2 billion for the year and $578.3 million in the fourth quarter.
Profit before tax reached $355.9 million annually, with $95.1 million in the final quarter. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $559.5 million for the year and $139.0 million for Q4, showing significant growth compared to 2024.
The company closed the year with $513.2 million in cash, reinforcing its balance sheet and giving it flexibility for shareholder returns and expansion.
The UK, Africa, and Canada markets push revenue growth
Super Group’s revenue climbed by $396.8 million year‑over‑year, driven by strong performance in Africa, the United Kingdom, and Canada outside Ontario. The company also launched operations in Botswana, adding to its footprint.
While some regions, such as Latin America and APAC, saw declines, overall growth pushed annual revenue to $2.2 billion. Profit before tax rose sharply from $203.8 million in 2024 to $355.9 million in 2025, showing improved efficiency.
Monthly active customers averaged 5.6 million in 2025, up 17% from the prior year, showing that customer engagement continues to expand.
$156 million returned to shareholders
The company’s strong liquidity allowed it to return $156 million to shareholders in 2025, followed by a $125 million special dividend declared in January 2026
With cash reserves of $513.2 million, Super Group announced that its dividend program will rise from 16.0 cents to a minimum of 20.0 cents per share annually, paid quarterly. The first dividend of 5.0 cents per share will be distributed on March 31, 2026.
To further strengthen its financial position, Super Group entered into a $100 million revolving credit facility with Barclays, JPMorgan Chase, and Citibank, maturing in 2029. This facility provides additional flexibility to fund growth initiatives and general corporate needs.
$2.55 billion revenue projected for 2026
Looking ahead, Super Group projects revenue of more than $2.55 billion and adjusted EBITDA above $680 million in 2026.
CEO Neal Menashe highlighted record customer growth and the completion of the Apricot transaction, which will enhance sportsbook technology outside Africa. CFO Alinda van Wyk emphasized that the company’s scalable model and disciplined capital allocation strategy support the raised dividend and growth targets. +
