Renata Armiliato, the club’s women’s football coordinator, has an agenda of her own. A former player, she wants to establish support structures that she never had. “One of the reasons I got into football management was to provide these girls with what I didn’t have,” she explains. “That’s what drives me — offering them quality of life and making football a career, not just a childhood dream.”
Under her leadership, the club has focused not just on outcomes, but on development. The training complex is being updated, new facilities set to be installed at the professional and youth levels — a necessary step towards ultimate viability.
