SPRIBE Extends Aviator IP Protection in Kenya

27 August 2026 – SPRIBE has strengthened the intellectual property protection surrounding its Aviator crash game in Kenya, securing registered rights for the title’s logo in a market where the game has been available since 2021.

SPRIBE OÜ has obtained additional protection in Kenya for its intellectual property rights, with the Aviator logo now officially registered under the WIPO Madrid System.

The protection is effective retroactively from October 11, 2024, adding to SPRIBE’s existing intellectual property rights and further strengthening the Aviator brand in Kenya.

Aviator entered the Kenyan market in 2021 and has since become one of the country’s most widely played online casino games.

Registration Secured Through WIPO Madrid System

The Madrid System is administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization and enables rights holders to extend trademark protection into member territories through a single international application rather than submitting separate applications in each jurisdiction.

The registration of the Aviator logo provides SPRIBE with additional intellectual property protection in Kenya, five years after the game first became available to players in the market.

SPRIBE Strengthens Aviator Brand Protection

Kenya has developed into one of Aviator’s most established markets since the crash game launched in the country in 2021.

Giorgi Tsutskiridze, CCO at SPRIBE, said:

“Kenyan players were among the earliest to take Aviator to their hearts, and the game has been part of that market for five years now.

Registering the logo gives us firmer ground to stand on whenever imitations turn up, and it gives the licensed operators we work with the confidence that what they are putting in front of their players is the real deal.”
