16th September – RubyPlay has appointed Tsachi Maimon as CEO, bringing nearly 20 years of global gaming industry leadership to the B2B development studio as it targets expansion in North America.
Former Aspire Global CEO Joins Growth Drive
Maimon led Aspire Global’s expansion through acquisitions of BtoBet, Pariplay, and End2End investments, delivering consistent financial growth.
Maimon brings extensive M&A and scaling experience from his tenure as CEO of Aspire Global, where he orchestrated the acquisition of sportsbook provider BtoBet and content aggregator Pariplay. He also led investments in bingo supplier End2End, contributing to year-on-year financial growth that positioned Aspire Global for its eventual 2022 acquisition by NeoGames.
Following the NeoGames acquisition, Maimon served as President and Head of iGaming for the expanded group before becoming Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Interactive after Aristocrat’s 2024 acquisition of the business.
Maimon officially starts his RubyPlay role on October 1, 2025, overseeing corporate strategy during a period of significant commercial growth that has strengthened the studio’s global footprint.

The appointment supports RubyPlay’s ambitions to establish leadership positions in North American markets where regulatory frameworks continue evolving to support expanded gaming operations.
