A strong quarter in Las Vegas lifted Red Rock’s bottom line, while tribal partnerships added an extra boost.
Red Rock Resorts delivered a strong set of Q2 2025 results, with net income rising 55.1% year-on-year to $108.3 million, as the operator’s core Las Vegas business remained the key earnings engine.
Revenue rose 8.2% to $526.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 13.7% to $229.4 million, driven by casino and hospitality performance across its off-Strip portfolio. Diluted earnings per share climbed from $0.59 to $0.95.
Las Vegas still leads the charge
Red Rock’s local-first strategy continues to outperform in a competitive tourism market.
Revenue from Las Vegas operations reached $513.3 million, accounting for nearly 97.5% of total group turnover. Adjusted EBITDA from the region stood at $239.4 million, up 7.3% compared to Q2 2024.
Casino revenue grew 7.9% to $344.8 million, while food and beverage contributed $94.4 million, a 2.9% year-on-year rise. Room revenue climbed modestly to $51.2 million, with an additional $25.9 million coming from other operations.
Operating income rose to $168 million, up from $140.2 million a year earlier. Operating costs also edged higher, with casino expenses increasing 6.8% to $93.9 million, and food and beverage costs up 2.2% to $75.9 million.
Tribal development revenue resurfaces
A one-off gain reaffirms the value of long-term tribal relationships.
The quarter also saw a $10 million gain in Red Rock’s Native American management segment. This stems from development fee revenue linked to prior activities and was not recorded in the same quarter last year.
Although non-recurring, the figure reflects Red Rock’s continued ties to tribal operations. The segment contributed no revenue in Q2 2024 but remains a strategic area as Red Rock expands its reach beyond Nevada.
First half paints a steady growth picture
Momentum from H1 2025 points to a stable full-year outlook.
For the first six months of the year, Red Rock posted $1.02 billion in revenue, up 5% from H1 2024. Adjusted EBITDA hit $444.4 million, marking an 8.2% increase, with consistent performance across both quarters.
In Q1 2025, the company reported $497.9 million in revenue and $215.1 million in adjusted EBITDA. Net income rose 9.7%, while debt levels remained unchanged.
Red Rock continues to maintain its $3.4 billion debt position, with cash and equivalents at $145.2 million by the end of Q2. That compares with $159.6 million at the end of Q1.
Dividend steady as company eyes capital return
Payouts continue while balance sheet strength supports shareholder value.
The board declared a Q3 2025 dividend of $0.25 per share, bringing the year-to-date payout to $1.50 per share. This comes as Red Rock remains focused on cash generation, debt management, and delivering returns to investors.
The company is expected to stay committed to its local-first growth model in Las Vegas, while exploring further upside from tribal and development opportunities.
