Premier Bet has renewed and expanded its collaboration with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou, appointing him as the Pan-African Brand Ambassador until 2027. This partnership, which began in 2023 with a focus on Cameroon, now encompasses the entire African continent, highlighting Ngannou’s broad appeal across various nations.
As part of this enhanced role, Ngannou will play a key part in marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Premier Bet, which operates in 20 African markets, including Nigeria, Angola, Tanzania, Gabon, and Malawi. He will also lead initiatives promoting responsible gambling and engage in community projects aimed at fostering social change across Africa.
Commenting on the partnership, Alexandre Qader, Director of Operations at Premier Bet Cameroon, expressed excitement about working with Ngannou, emphasizing his inspiring journey from humble beginnings in Cameroon to becoming a global sports icon.
“We are thrilled to extend the collaboration with our great champion Francis Ngannou and broaden his connection to the Premier Bet family and beyond. I think we clearly share the same visions. We have the same ambitions in Cameroon and now on a Pan-African scale. Francis’ passion, drive and humility make him an ideal partner for us as we continue to grow our brand and connect with our customers.”
Since winning the heavyweight championship in March 2021, Ngannou has transitioned to the Professional Fighters League (PFL) and continues to make headlines in the sports world. He also shared his excitement at deepening his relationship with Premier Bet, stating:
“We’ve already been working together for three years and I’m excited to move forward in this collaboration, to deepen our relationships and get to know each other better. By expanding the partnership across the entire African continent, this solidifies my trust and commitment to the brand.”
