In relation to a deceptive internet gambling scheme, Paraguayan officials have officially arrested three people on fraud charges. Two days later, Teresa Raquel Duarte Troche, Orquiola’s wife, made another deposit for the same amount, this time into a bank account in the name of Mildner Iván Varela.
The platform shut after the deposits, therefore stopping users from accessing and leaving investors without any answers. The victims could not reach the culprits, so they contacted the Canindeyú Directorate against Economic and Financial Crimes.
