Octoplay has received Interim Authorization from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, expanding its presence in the United States to a third state.
The approval enables the supplier to provide its games to licensed operators in Pennsylvania, one of the largest regulated iGaming markets in the US. It also expands Octoplay’s North American footprint, which already includes New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario and Alberta.
Third US state in under 18 months
Pennsylvania is the third US state to authorize Octoplay in less than 18 months.
The company entered New Jersey with BetMGM in June 2025 before launching in Michigan with BetMGM, FanDuel and Rush Street Interactive in December 2025.
Its expansion has also extended into Canada. Octoplay most recently went live in Alberta from the market’s first day with seven tier-one operators, including BetMGM, FanDuel and DraftKings.

“Pennsylvania sets one of the highest bars in the United States and we met it. That puts our content in three of the largest regulated states in the country and gives us the platform to keep building across North America.”
Octoplay approved in 20 regulated jurisdictions
The Pennsylvania authorization brings the number of regulated jurisdictions in which Octoplay is approved to operate to 20.
These include Malta, the UK, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Greece, Spain, Finland, Brazil, New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario, Georgia, Croatia, Alberta and Pennsylvania.
North America remains a focus market for the company. Octoplay ranked as the #1 New Overall Top Supplier in the Eilers & Krejcik Gaming US index for four consecutive months between April and July.
