23rd October 2025 – Popular online slot developer Northern Lights Gaming has announced the appointment of Ed Pattman as its new Head of Studio, marking another key change in the company’s evolving management team.
Ed has been with Northern Lights Gaming since its inception, co-founding the studio alongside Andrew Goodale in 2017. Following Andrew’s recent departure to pursue new opportunities, Chris Loftus has taken over as CEO.
Having played a pivotal role in Northern Lights Gaming’s growth from a two-person startup to a leading content powerhouse with over 30 team members and a portfolio of more than 40 titles—including the hugely popular Unusual Suspects series—Ed has been central to the company’s success.
Most recently, Ed served as Game Producer, overseeing every stage of game development from concept to release. In his new role, he will continue to guide production while also taking responsibility for the studio’s creative and production teams, ensuring Northern Lights Gaming maintains its reputation for quality and innovation.
He will be supported by Scott Newby, who steps into the role of Head of Games with expanded responsibility for leading the studio’s creative vision and product strategy.
