Biometric Data Requirements
The commission is seriously considering forcing digital platforms to collect biometric data before allowing anyone to open a new betting account. Under this proposal, current account holders would receive a strict two-month deadline to provide this specific information or face immediate account closure. Furthermore, state regulators want operators to use advanced geolocation tools to quickly flag any suspicious account activity. Other obvious red flags include canceling withdrawal requests three times in ten days or suddenly spending vastly more time logged into the mobile application.

The gaming commission actively seeks comprehensive feedback from various community groups before formally adopting these new operational rules. The group wishes to discuss these modifications with nearby schools and religious organizations.
