9th March 2026 – Cash-to-digital payments company Neosurf has announced the appointment of Laura Moore as its new Chief Strategy & Operations Officer, following a successful period supporting the company as an expert consultant.
In her new executive role, Moore joins Neosurf’s senior leadership team and will take responsibility for guiding the company’s corporate strategy and expansion into new markets. She will also focus on identifying potential mergers and acquisitions and developing strategic partnerships to support the next stage of Neosurf’s growth.
As Chief Strategy & Operations Officer, Moore will draw on her experience in consumer technology, platform development, and senior leadership to oversee the company’s global operations teams. Her role will involve ensuring the delivery of secure, seamless, and compliant payment services for Neosurf’s global user base.
Moore will also lead efforts to refine and redesign several of the company’s core operational processes. This will include oversight of global settlements, treasury management, risk controls, and regulatory compliance, helping to build a stronger operational framework that aligns with Neosurf’s long-term ambitions.
Before joining Neosurf, Moore held positions at a number of well-known B2B and B2C organisations, including Vodafone and Sky. Her background combines strategic planning with operational leadership, which the company believes will support its efforts to align operations and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.
In addition to her corporate career, Moore is also the co-founder of LIFT as we Climb, an initiative aimed at supporting and recognising women in the technology sector. Her experience and perspective in the technology industry are expected to further support Neosurf’s position within the cash-to-digital payments space.
