Denmark-based protection technology provider Mindway AI has become the newest addition to the International Association of Gaming Regulators as a silver sponsor. The partnership will see the technology provider backing IAGR initiatives for the whole year, which include education programs, workgroups, and joint ventures involving technology, responsible gambling, and regulation.
Mindway AI’s solutions for player protection include neuroscience and artificial intelligence technology. This technology can aid in identifying individuals who are susceptible or have gambling problems.
The company operates within the operators, platforms, regulators, and governments of more than 73 jurisdictions, as per a recent press statement.
Support For IAGR Initiatives
As a silver sponsor, Mindway AI will contribute to IAGR’s work throughout the year. Its support will cover the association’s educational programmes, working groups, and collaborative activities involving technology and gambling regulation.
Mindway AI chief executive Rasmus Kjaergaard said the company was pleased to join IAGR and support its focus on international collaboration and practical regulatory education. He added that as AI develops across the gaming industry, Mindway AI would continue concentrating on the responsible use of technology to strengthen player protection.

Kjaergaard To Speak At IAGR2026
Kjaergaard is scheduled to participate in the IAGR2026 conference in Lima, Peru, from October 19 to 22. He will join a session examining practical applications of AI for regulators and the need for responsible oversight.
The session will consider how regulators can use AI for document review, anomaly detection, triage, translation, and intelligence support. The discussion will focus on practical tools and real use cases, as well as the safeguards required when applying AI in regulatory work.
Kjaergaard’s participation will form part of IAGR2026, while Mindway AI’s sponsorship will continue to support the association’s initiatives throughout the year.
Role In Technology Working Groups
IAGR chief executive Kevin Mullally said Mindway AI’s expertise would contribute to the association’s Technology Working Group, Model Rules Committee, and other initiatives.
Mullally said the company’s focus on player protection was aligned with IAGR’s core mission. He also linked Mindway AI’s involvement to new initiatives concerning the reduction of friction around new technology.
The association’s working groups and committees provide areas for Mindway AI to share its experience in player protection, neuroscience, and AI. The company’s contribution will sit alongside its sponsorship of IAGR’s educational and collaborative activities.
