Mindway AI and GamScore have announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening safer gambling frameworks across the global iGaming sector. The collaboration will bring together GamScore’s player-controlled financial health tracking platform and Mindway AI’s technology for early risk detection and neuroscientific player profiling.
According to the companies, the collaboration is designed to provide operators with a wider perspective on player wellbeing while allowing bettors to be aware of their own betting health. It will combine individual insights supplied through GamScore with automated monitoring tools developed by Mindway AI.
Platforms Combine Different Expertise
GamScore operates as an independent, bettor-focused platform that allows players to monitor, understand, and demonstrate their betting health. Mindway AI provides early detection technology through its GameScanner brand, together with Gamalyze, a related self-assessment tool.
By connecting these services, the companies aim to support operators in building player trust and encouraging more sustainable betting habits. The initiative is also intended to complement existing safer gambling programmes rather than replace them.
GamScore Chief Responsibility Officer Mark Potter said the company viewed Mindway AI’s mission and its own approach as closely aligned. He said combining a practical financial wellbeing tool with behavioural profiling could support positive engagement and improve player outcomes.
Player Data And Risk Monitoring
The partnership will bring together GamScore’s privacy-first, consumer-focused data controls and Mindway AI’s neuroscience-backed player protection technology. GameScanner and Gamalyze will remain part of Mindway AI’s offering as the companies work to create a more complete picture of player wellbeing for operators.
Mindway AI is majority-owned by Better Collective. The company said its technology already monitors more than 9 million active players each month through existing operator partnerships. Those relationships include recent tie-ups with DraftKings and PrizePicks in North America.
The collaboration is structured around giving players greater control over their own information while allowing operators to access risk-detection insights. The companies said this combination could help support earlier identification of potential gambling-related concerns.
Focus On Global Consumer Protection
As explained by Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO of Mindway AI, the partnership would bring together neuroscience, human insight, behavioral analysis, and gamblers’ self-regulation solutions. He emphasized that the empowerment of players to control their data while enabling operators to gain risk-related insights would be a vital step towards a safe gambling space.
The partnership’s stated focus is on technology and player empowerment working together. It does not provide details about a specific launch date, operator rollout, or the markets where integrated tools will first be available.
Education And Integrated Workflows
Mindway AI and GamScore plan to work together on educational resources and integrated workflows. The companies said these efforts could establish a stronger model for combining technology with consumer participation in attempts to reduce gambling-related harm.
The agreement is one of several safer gambling partnerships involving Mindway AI. In recent years, the company has formed similar relationships with operators and consultancies, including ATG, Burendo, and Better Change.
For now, the partnership brings GamScore’s financial well-being platform together with Mindway AI’s GameScanner and Gamalyze tools. Both organizations will continue developing their joint approach to player protection, with the broader aim of supporting sustainable gambling practices across the global iGaming sector.
