Light & Wonder reports record Q3 with $841m in total revenue

Light & Wonder has reported another strong quarter, with record iGaming revenue and continued momentum across its land-based business driving total Q3 2025 revenue up 3% to US$841m.

iGaming and land-based growth power results

Digital performance and content innovation continue to lift overall revenue.

iGaming revenue climbed 16% to US$86m, reflecting growing demand for the company’s online content portfolio. Meanwhile, land-based gaming revenue rose 4% to US$558m, supported by a 38% increase in gaming operations revenue and a 9% rise in North American gaming installations.

Table products revenue also grew 6%, partly offset by a 21% decline in gaming machine sales due to timing differences in game launches.

SciPlay and Grover Gaming contribute to the mix

Diversification helped sustain growth despite slight dips in some divisions.

Revenue from SciPlay slipped 4% to US$197m, though its direct-to-consumer revenue grew to 20% of the total. Newly acquired Grover Gaming, added in February 2025, contributed US$40m to this quarter’s results and is expected to play a growing role in Light & Wonder’s omni-channel strategy.

Strong profit and future focus

Light & Wonder continues to build on its innovation and expansion roadmap.

Matt Wilson, president and CEO of Light & Wonder, said the results highlight the success of the company’s R&D efforts and market strategy. He said:

“Our R&D engine continues to deliver world-class content, reflected in another strong quarter for gaming operations and record igaming performance.”

Wilson added that the integration of Grover Gaming is “progressing well” and that the team is preparing for participation in Indiana’s charitable gaming market, expected to open soon.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 18% to US$375m, while net income increased 78% to US$114m, marking one of the company’s most profitable quarters to date.

With both digital and land-based performance trending upward, Light & Wonder’s results suggest continued momentum as the company strengthens its position in the global gaming landscape.
