Kongebonus unveils Norway’s first Complaints Resolution Centre for online casino players

8 September 2026 – Kongebonus has launched what it describes as Norway’s first Complaints Resolution Centre for online casino players, introducing a public platform designed to make the complaints process more transparent.

The new hub provides Norwegian players with a structured system for submitting complaints, receiving updates and communicating directly with the Kongebonus team throughout the handling of their case.

Complaint Cases Made Visible to Players

Open and verified complaints will be publicly accessible to users of the site, while previously handled cases will remain available for browsing.

By maintaining a public record of cases, Kongebonus aims to give players greater visibility into recurring problems, previous complaint outcomes and the way individual casinos respond when issues are raised.

The Complaints Resolution Centre also builds on Kongebonus’ existing relationships with operators. The company plans to use those connections to help players raise their concerns more effectively and encourage casinos to provide faster and more meaningful responses.

Resolution Rates Added to Casino Reviews

Complaint information will also become part of individual casino reviews on Kongebonus.

Reviews will display the number of complaints received against a casino as well as the number successfully resolved. Each operator will subsequently receive a resolution rate based on its complaint record.

Casinos maintaining a 100% resolution rate without any active cases for a specified period will also be eligible to receive badges recognising their complaint-handling record.

Kongebonus Pushes for Greater Transparency

David Nilsen, Editor-in-Chief at Kongebonus, said:

“Player complaints should not disappear into private inboxes where nobody else can see what happened. By bringing complaints into the open, we want to give players more useful information before they choose where to play and encourage greater accountability from operators.

Kongebonus has always helped players behind the scenes, but the Complaints Resolution Centre gives that work a more visible and practical format. For us, this is a step towards a more open and helpful market, where complaints are easier to raise, easier to follow and harder to ignore.”
