Are you up for an adventure in the jungle? Explore the vast wilderness of Central and South America searching for Jaguars in this exciting game. Jaguar Drops is a Push Gaming slot machine featuring special symbols, Coins, and bonus round multipliers. The title boasts a scatter-winning mechanism that drives the base game and increases the thrill of your experience. As you open the game, let your eyes wander over the misty foliage, Aztec-style stonework, and animated characters.
Jaguar Drop is designed with an elegant 5×5 gaming grid running on scatter wins and a cascade mechanic. This online slot boasts an RTP of 96.31% and medium volatility, guaranteeing decent wins with occasional big hits. In the base rounds, betting limits range between €0.1 and €100. However, you can choose the Push Bet to boost your stake by 20% and increase the feature’s winning chances by 55%.
On the Jaguar Drop reels, you’ll find low-paying symbols represented by clubs, hearts, spades, and diamonds; medium-paying symbols shown as 3 colorful gems in stone shapes; and high-value symbols like the frog, monkey, and jaguar. To create a winning combination, match at least six symbols on the grid in any position. Due to the cascading mechanic, the winning symbols are removed and replaced by new ones from above. Land a scatter win of six or seven of a kind to enjoy 0.3x to 2.5x your stake, or 15 OAK for between 20x to 500x your bet.
Jaguar Drop: Slot Features
Jaguar Drop boasts a fun base game, but things take a more rewarding turn when you trigger the bonus features. Read further to understand how the various Jaguar Drop slot features work.
Coin Symbol & Second Chance
The scatter in this slot is represented by a Coin symbol, triggering the Free Drops round when six or more match on the reels. Coin symbols double as bet multipliers with values between 1x to 1,000x. In the event that you land 4 or 5 Coin symbols, the Second Chance feature is activated. This clears all pay symbols and wilds, and begins another cascade.
Free Drops
If six or more Coin symbols appear in the base game, the Free Drops feature is triggered. As the round starts, you receive six free drops and symbols like Coin, Heart, Boost, and Collector. The triggering Coins are displayed at the bottom of the reels, but moved onto the grid with each free drop. Here are the symbols you’ll encounter in the Free Drops round:
- Heart: offers an extra life and reactivates the Free Drops feature after the free spins count resets to 0. This symbol transforms into a random Coin after you get the life.
- Collector: sums up all the Coin symbols that appear on a complete row and assumes their total value. You cannot land Collectors without completing an entire row.
- Boost: This symbol applies multipliers between 2x and 5x to adjacent Coins, which act independently of each other.
If you fill a whole row with symbols, the Free Drops count returns to 6. For 4 full rows, you receive a x2 multiplier, increasing up to x20 as more rows are completed. Jaguar Drops rewards players with the Coin symbols total in filled rows and the highest achieved multiplier, when the drops count resets to zero and no extra lives are given. You must ensure that symbols are available in all positions to claim the maximum win.
Jaguar Drop: Slot Verdict
Although Jaguar Drop’s gameplay is quite familiar, its scatter-win mechanic and Central/South American-themed base game add more thrill to the experience. Get ready for non-stop action and the sound of symbols hitting the reels as you spin the reels. The base game in Jaguar Drops is quite bland, but wild symbols are available to create more winning combinations. To maximise the regular spins, you must land a combination of 6+ Coins which activates the bonus round. Look out for the Push Bet, a feature that increases your chances of triggering the Free Drops.
Once you’re into the bonus phase, you enjoy rewards and features reminiscent of past Push Gaming slots like DJ Cat and Rome Supermatch. However, Jaguar Drop maintains its uniqueness with a Tetris-style bonus round allowing you to activate cascades and clear symbols. Players can also accumulate symbols which results in a bigger Coin win pot and higher multipliers. Fill all positions to the top and qualify for a 10,000x maximum win.
Despite the simple mechanics, what makes Jagaur Drops truly special is its immersive bonus features. The Coin scatter provides two options: land six symbols to access the Free Drops round and 4 or 5 symbols to trigger the Second Chance feature. In the bonus game, the title introduces three special symbols with varying functions and rewards. Buckle up for exciting free spins and multipliers!
Jaguar Drop focuses on UK players, so Bonus Buys are out the window and other gambling options against the country’s regulations. You might have played scatter-wins slots in the past, but this slot machine brings a unique Asian-themed adventure with impressive graphics and sleek features. Though Jaguar Drop is not a top-shelf release by Push Gaming, it’s a must-play for beginners and pros.
