Gentoo Media has announced the appointment of Måns Svalborn as its new Chief Financial Officer, with the experienced finance executive expected to join the company in early October 2026.
Svalborn brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience to the role, including more than six years as Group CFO of Raketech Group Holding Plc, the Nasdaq First North-listed iGaming affiliate company.
During his time at Raketech, he oversaw Finance, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations and Operations. He also played a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, financing, capital markets activities, corporate governance and cross-border acquisitions, gaining extensive experience across listed-company finance, governance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Extensive Background in Finance and Banking
Before entering the iGaming sector, Svalborn built his career in banking and audit. His previous experience includes senior finance leadership positions at Nordea Bank, as well as working as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Uppsala University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Strategy and Management from Lund University.
The appointment further strengthens Gentoo Media’s executive management team as the company continues to pursue its long-term growth strategy and reinforce its position as a leading global affiliate business.
