June 17, 2026 – Games Valley has announced the appointment of Shaun Hart as Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the games aggregator continues to expand its presence across regulated markets.
Hart joins the company with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across a range of industries. Within the iGaming sector, he most recently held the position of Finance Director at Bragg Gaming Group. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Pariplay before transitioning to the role of VP of Finance at Aristocrat Interactive following Aristocrat’s acquisition of the business.
As CFO, Hart will be responsible for leading Games Valley’s financial strategy, supporting ongoing commercial growth initiatives and helping establish the operational framework needed to sustain expansion in regulated markets.

Hart’s arrival follows a series of key leadership appointments made by Games Valley in recent months.
In May, Tereza Melicharkova joined the company as Marketing Director. Her previous experience includes senior marketing positions at Elantil, Glitnor Group, Swintt and Relax Gaming. Earlier this year, Ariel Reem was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January, followed by the appointment of Rob Dowling as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer in February.
The strengthened executive team will support Games Valley’s ongoing strategy of expanding in regulated markets, growing its supplier network and advancing the development of intelligence-driven tools aimed at helping operators optimise performance.
