5th September 2025 – Black Cow Technology has announced the appointment of iGaming industry veteran Shelley Hannah as Chief Operations Officer, marking a significant step forward as the pioneering technology company continues its growth trajectory.
Shelley joins Black Cow from Relax Gaming, where she served as Chief Product Officer. Prior to that, she held the role of Head of Framework Products and Gaming Partners at NetEnt.
Beginning her career as a software programmer, Shelley entered the iGaming sector in 2013, quickly excelling in product innovation, aggregation, and operations. Over the years, she has played a central role in expanding aggregation streams, streamlining integration processes, and managing portfolios comprising thousands of casino games.
Recognised for her collaborative leadership and strategic vision, Shelley has received several industry accolades. These include being named to the Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 in 2024 and winning Leader of the Year at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards.
Shelley’s motivation lies in scaling and future-proofing products within fast-growing companies such as Black Cow, while maintaining a clear vision in an ever-changing market. These qualities align with Black Cow’s ambitions as it scales at pace, driven by the launch of its pioneering Multiplayer Remote Game Server.
