Exalogic is expanding its relationship with Fast Track to bring the CRM provider’s artificial intelligence tools to more operators in Italy, where the platform provider already supports more than 20 gambling businesses.
The deal puts Fast Track’s AI suite inside Exalogic’s existing technology setup. The tools include dedicated AI agents built to manage tasks such as compliance, with the wider system designed to run alongside the company’s platform rather than replace it.
Several Italian operators are already using Fast Track AI through Exalogic. Fast Track expects the number to increase.
AI moves deeper into regulated gaming
The expansion comes as both companies push further into agentic AI, a model in which software agents can carry out defined workflows rather than simply generate text or respond to prompts.
For Exalogic, the Italian regulatory framework is an important part of the rollout. Managing partner Samuele Mantellini has positioned the partnership around using automated workflows while keeping operations aligned with local market requirements.
That balance matters in Italy, where operators work within a tightly regulated gambling market. Exalogic sees the technology as a way to increase automation without separating those processes from existing compliance requirements.
Fast Track CEO Simon Lidzén has also described the rollout as successful among operators already live on the system.
The partnership is not Fast Track’s first recent move in Italy. The company has also agreed terms with online casino and sportsbook operator NetWin, strengthening its presence in the market.
Fast Track introduced agentic workflows to its AI suite earlier this year. The Exalogic expansion now gives those tools a route into a wider group of Italian operators through an established gaming platform.
For the operators already using the technology, the shift is less about introducing another standalone AI product and more about embedding automated workflows into systems they already use.
