16th July – Esportes Gaming Brasil (EGB) has announced that all three of its brands—Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu—have been shortlisted for the Reclame Aqui Awards 2026, one of Brazil’s leading awards recognising excellence in corporate reputation and customer relationships.
The nominations mark the first time that all three EGB brands have been recognised simultaneously, reflecting the group’s ongoing focus on customer service, user experience and building long-term consumer trust.
Esportes da Sorte has been shortlisted in the Ultra Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category, while Onabet and Lottu have both secured nominations in the Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category.
Continued Focus on Customer Experience
The latest recognition comes as EGB continues to strengthen its customer relationship operations through ongoing investment in customer service processes, technology integration, employee training and improvements to the user journey across all three brands.

The company said it has continued to invest in technology and user experience through initiatives designed to modernise its customer service channels, monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis and further develop its customer support teams.
Building on Previous Success
In previous editions of the awards, Esportes da Sorte and Onabet were both nominated. As part of its continued customer relationship strategy, the group has reduced the average response time for human customer support from 30 minutes to just two minutes while maintaining its focus on resolving customer issues quickly and providing a high-quality user experience.
The Reclame Aqui Awards are widely recognised as one of Brazil’s most prestigious honours for corporate reputation and customer service, with winners determined through public voting. Voting for the 2026 awards will take place between 2 September and 5 November.
According to the company, the simultaneous nominations for Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu demonstrate the consistency of Esportes Gaming Brasil’s customer relationship strategy and mark another significant milestone in the group’s history with the awards.
