Entez acquires Comskill portfolio from Entain

Entez has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Evora International Ltd, operating under the Comskill name, from a Maltese subsidiary of Entain plc. The agreement was signed on 23 December 2025 and covers a portfolio of approximately 150 websites and domains operating within the iGaming affiliate space. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

A Diverse Portfolio of 150 iGaming Affiliate Assets

The portfolio includes a mix of international and regional assets. BestCasino.com stands out as the most recognisable domain, while the wider portfolio also includes Nordic and Baltic-facing websites such as Kasiino.com and Slots.se, which have historically targeted regulated European markets.

As part of the transaction, the Comskill brand will be phased out over the coming weeks. Its inventory and digital assets will instead be integrated directly into Entez’ existing operation and made available under the Entez brand.

Entez’s Growth Strategy and Market Position

Founded in 2018, Entez operates as an iGaming affiliate company focused on connecting licensed operators with casino-focused audiences. The company has built a strong presence in the Baltic region and has expanded rapidly across several European markets in recent years. Entez is headquartered in Riga and continues to pursue growth opportunities in selected regulated markets.

While Comskill is described as a portfolio of high-quality websites and domains, only a limited selection of the assets is publicly visible via the company’s website. This limits the ability to carry out a full assessment of the portfolio, and any evaluation must therefore be based on partial visibility.

Based on third-party data, traffic levels across the publicly accessible parts of the portfolio appear modest. Our assessment is based on data from Ahrefs, a widely used SEO tool, although it is worth noting that Ahrefs can be inaccurate and may not fully reflect actual traffic levels.

Taken together, this suggests that the acquisition is not primarily driven by current traffic or revenue performance. Instead, it appears to be a longer-term play centred on domain quality and age. BestCasino.com, in particular, represents a clear premium domain, benefiting from strong keyword relevance and significant history. With renewed editorial, technical and SEO investment, assets of this type can provide a solid foundation for rebuilding traffic and long-term value.

This approach also aligns with a broader strategy seen across the iGaming affiliate sector, where many affiliate operators are increasingly focused on acquiring underdeveloped assets with clear upside potential. Rather than paying a premium for sites with strong current revenue, affiliate operators are targeting domains and websites where value can be built through operational improvements, content development and SEO.

Strategic Advantages for Entez and Entain

For Entez, the deal strengthens its international footprint and provides access to a sizeable pool of aged digital assets that can be reactivated and scaled over time. For Entain, the divestment appears consistent with a continued focus on core priorities while monetising non-core affiliate holdings.

The transaction reflects a wider trend of consolidation and asset-led growth within the iGaming affiliate market, as operators adapt to rising acquisition costs, increased regulation and a more competitive operating environment.
