Brazil’s Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement (ACT) with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), a global leader in integrity and compliance solutions for sports, sports betting, gaming, and iGaming sectors, on April 25, 2025. This is the fifth deal, underlining Brazil’s dedication to protecting the betting industry by increasing the fight against match-fixing.
Building a Stronger Integrity Network
Before this IC360 agreement, SPA had executed four identical ACTs in October 2024 with internationally renowned monitoring agencies. These partnerships fit into a continuous plan to preserve the integrity of Brazilian sports and the growing wagering industry.
Spanning five years, the recently signed IC360 agreement could gradually broaden its goals. By means of its extensive knowledge in spotting unusual betting patterns and attempts at manipulation, the IC360 substantially increases SPA’s capacity for monitoring and regulatory enforcement.

According to Regis Dudena, Secretary of Prizes and Betting, “Integrity organizations like IC360 fundamentally support SPA’s activities, especially in identifying indicators of match-fixing and enabling structured information exchange.” He stressed that the deal strengthens Brazil’s dedication to market openness and sports protection by not just increasing SPA’s monitoring and enforcement powers.
A Global Standard for Integrity
Scott Sadin, IC360’s Chief Operating Officer, said proudly and excitedly about the partnership with SPA. Sadin said, “We aim to cultivate a culture of responsibility and offer an early detection alert system for all stakeholders, so integrity is respected and sustainable within the Brazilian community.”
