19 November 2025 – Black Cow Technology, a leading software development company, has announced a major strategic shift as it transitions into a multiplayer content provider.
The company is well known for its Single Player RGS, Jackpot Server and its recently launched Multiplayer RGS, all of which are used by tier-one operators and providers. DraftKings and Interblock rely on its Single Player RGS, while PlayJeux and Light & Wonder utilise its Multiplayer RGS.
With demand for multiplayer content continuing to rise, Black Cow is now focusing on building its own portfolio of next-generation multiplayer games. These titles will be created using the company’s powerful Multiplayer RGS and made available to select operators in regulated markets across North America and LatAm.
The Multiplayer RGS, built on the foundations of its proven Single Player RGS—which has been live for more than eight years—is the only truly event-driven Multiplayer RGS on the market. It can be used to build multiplayer gameplay across any game format, feature or functionality, enabling all types of player interaction. This includes slots, table games, crash, plinko, lottery, live dealer, bingo and even non-gambling events.
To support this new direction, Black Cow has made two key hires: Ernie Lafky as Chief Product Officer and Shelley Hannah as Chief Operations Officer. Ernie will shape the games Black Cow brings to market, defining how multiplayer, gamification and social interaction come together. Shelley will guide the company’s transition toward a product-first model, aligning technology, operations and delivery around multiplayer gaming experiences.
Black Cow is now preparing to unveil its multiplayer product roadmap. The company says its upcoming games will be grounded in the reliability, flexibility and robustness that have defined its reputation for the past twelve years.
