Betnacional Introduces Dynamic Casino Lobby with Real-Time Data

Betnacional, a brand under Flutter Brazil, has introduced an enhanced casino product with a new dynamic lobby, which incorporates the use of real-time data. The new casino product is available on both web and mobile versions and is expected to cater to the preferences and behaviors of users in Brazil.

The new casino product incorporates a new and enhanced lobby, which displays the latest winnings earned over the last seven days. The new casino product also displays games with the highest payout volumes over the last seven days. The new casino product incorporates the use of live data, which will enhance the user experience.

Data-Driven Approach to User Experience

The new casino product was introduced after conducting research and analyzing user behavior in Brazil. According to the research, betting behavior occurs frequently, every day, and users mostly prefer betting through mobile devices. The research also found that one-third of users spontaneously associate betting with a hobby.

When we observed that usage frequency is practically daily and that the visibility of winnings influences interest in certain games, we understood that the experience needed to evolve”, said Frederico Cunha, Head of Casino at Flutter Brazil.

By bringing dynamic information to the center of navigation, we structured the lobby in a way that is more connected to the platform’s real dynamics and improved the clarity of content presentation”, he added.

Behavioral Insights Shape Product Design

The research also revealed specific linguistic and cultural characteristics of users. For instance, 33% of users referred to betting as “little game” or “joguinho“, 23% as “small bet” or “fezinha“, and 13% as “tiny wager” or “apostinha.”

These findings, combined with the significance of winning visibility in increasing user engagement, highlighted the need to design a more data-centric interface. The revamped lobby is designed to group games according to the last payout volumes and display the current activity. The design is more interactive and information-centric.

We are committed to incorporating data intelligence into the user experience. We have worked to consolidate a more interactive and information-centric product that is in line with the behavior of the Brazilian bettor“, Cunha concluded.

Flutter Brazil’s Strategic Positioning

Flutter Brazil is one of the largest betting ecosystems in Brazil. The organization is the result of the merger of NSX Brasil, owner of Betnacional, and Flutter Entertainment, which is the global leader in the betting industry and owner of brands such as Betfair.

With its operations locally based, Flutter Brazil is keen to point to its knowledge of the Brazilian market. The organization combines cutting-edge technology and local insights to provide users with a betting experience that is safe, transparent, and responsible.

With competition increasing in the regulated Brazilian betting market, the design of such products as dynamic and data-centric interfaces may prove to be crucial in differentiating and increasing the popularity of betting platforms.
