9 October 2025 – BETER, the award-winning provider of fast-betting content and data for esports and sports, has obtained a Vendor Minor License from the Colorado Division of Gaming. The license enables the company to deliver its live data and live streams to licensed operators in the state.
The approval covers BETER’s flagship ESportsBattle tournaments—featuring eFootball and eBasketball among the first disciplines—alongside its Setka Cup table tennis series. Both products are now live on the Colorado domain of bet365, a long-standing BETER partner that operates across multiple U.S. states.
The launch marks a significant milestone, as it is the first time U.S. players can access ESportsBattle tournaments.
Colorado is the second U.S. state where BETER has secured regulatory approval, following the Vendor Registration granted by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) in April. That license allowed the company to debut its Setka Cup series in New Jersey earlier this year.
BETER delivers 24/7 live streaming, real-time data, and hyper-accurate odds for around 700,000 fast-paced events annually, covering a wide range of esports and sports disciplines. The company offers up to 50 betting markets per event, with an average operator margin exceeding 7.5%.
