BETER reaches tenth US state with Virginia Vendor Registration license

August 25, 2026 – BETER has expanded its regulated presence in the United States after receiving a Vendor Registration license to provide its content to operators in Virginia, taking the company’s US footprint to ten states.

The license was issued by the Virginia Lottery, the state government agency responsible for overseeing land-based casinos and online sports betting in the Commonwealth.

The approval enables BETER to supply operators in Virginia with live data and live streams from its Setka Cup table tennis and ESportsBattle tournaments for the first time.

Both products are already accessible to bettors in the state through bet365, BETER’s long-standing operator partner.

Virginia Becomes BETER’s Tenth US State

The addition of Virginia means BETER’s exclusive content is now available across ten US states.

Alongside Virginia, the provider’s content is available in Florida, New Jersey, Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina, Illinois and Kentucky.

BETER provides operators worldwide with 24/7 live streaming, real-time data and odds covering more than 700,000 fast-paced esports and sports events each year.

The company offers up to 50 markets per event and helps operators achieve an average margin of more than 7.5%.

Its esports offering includes ESportsBattle, which features eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey and eTennis. BETER’s sports portfolio includes Setka Cup table tennis and the BSKT Cup basketball league.

Integrity Measures Support BETER Content

BETER’s exclusive content is supported by its Integrity team, which monitors activity around the clock to ensure adherence to fair play standards.

The company also works closely with sports integrity organisations including IBIA and ESIC, as well as sports federations.

Commenting on the company’s latest US expansion, Gal Ehrlich, CEO at BETER, said:

“Virginia is one of the most competitive sports betting markets on the East Coast, and reaching a tenth US state gives BETER a regulated footprint that very few fast-betting content providers can match.

Bettors across the US are giving more and more of their attention to short-form, always-on content, and that shift shows no sign of slowing. Our long-term vision is about building the content infrastructure that allows operators to run a genuine round-the-clock product in every regulated market that matters, and Virginia takes us another step closer to that.”

BETER Continues US Regulatory Expansion

BETER said the Virginia approval forms part of its wider plans to expand across additional regulated US jurisdictions.

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added:

“Every US state sets its own rules, documentation standards, and timelines, and meeting them takes sustained, detailed work. Securing a Vendor Registration license in Virginia is the result of that work, and of a compliance culture that treats full alignment with each regulatory framework as the starting point rather than the finish line.

The US remains the single most strategically important market in BETER’s global plans. With ten states now approved, our team is continuing to progress applications across further jurisdictions, and we fully expect to add to that number in the months ahead.”
