14 May 2025 – BETER, the award-winning provider of fast-betting content, data, and live streaming for esports and sports, has announced the appointment of Adam Conway as General Manager of its Esports Business Division, a move that significantly reinforces the company’s leadership position in the market.
Conway brings over two decades of high-level experience in the betting industry, most recently spending ten years at SIS, where he rose through the ranks from Head of Trading to Global Head of Esports and Competitive Gaming. His impressive resume also includes senior positions at prominent operators such as Ladbrokes, where he served as Head of Trading.
In his new role, Conway will be responsible for further expanding BETER’s dominance in the fast-betting space, with a key focus on developing and scaling in-house events for the company’s flagship ESportsBattle tournaments. These currently include popular disciplines such as eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey, with plans to soon launch eCricket and eTennis.
Conway will lead a robust esports operation that includes over 200 specialists and 500 professional athletes, collectively delivering more than 500,000 esports events annually across four countries. He will also play a vital role in fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders, including the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA).
