In what is being hailed as a remarkable feat, AskGamblers’ Casino Complaint Service (AGCS) has announced that it has surpassed the $74.3 million mark in recovered player funds since its launch in 2019.
Operating in six languages, the AGCS has processed more than 90,000 complaints, successfully resolving over 30,000 of these cases. Players primarily turn to the service for issues related to payment delays, account access, bonuses, and software glitches.
In the first quarter of 2025 alone, AGCS returned $2.6 million to users, which is nearly 40% of the total amount recovered throughout 2024. The average daily recovery rate has also seen remarkable growth, climbing to $28,947.66 in 2025, a 53.8% increase from last year’s average of $18,826.63.
This upward trend indicates a more efficient resolution process, enabling players to get their funds back more quickly. A notable case involved the recovery of $110,000 for a single player who faced a payout structure that could have delayed full payment for three years. Thanks to AGCS intervention, the player received the total amount in a much shorter time frame.
AGCS Caseload Continues to Rise
The AGCS also shared that it’s experiencing a significant surge in its annual caseload, reflecting a growing need for third-party mediation in the online gambling space. Last year, the service managed 28.6% more complaints compared to 2023, highlighting the increasing reliance, highlighting the increasing reliance on their support.
Looking at the numbers, AGCS achieved impressive recovery figures, averaging $124,481.73 each week and reaching a monthly total of $539,420.83 throughout 2024. The service surpassed the $70 million recovery milestone in March 2025, just over a year after hitting $60 million.
Speaking on this progress, , Danijela Pavlovic, Customer Support Team Lead at AskGamblers, stated: “In 2009, we recognised that thousands of players were having issues withdrawing funds from online casinos, and since then, the AGCS has worked tirelessly to resolve these issues for users.”
She highlighted that the platform is built to be simple and user-friendly, addressing consistent gaps in the industry with a practical approach.
