Dec. 19, 2025 (YEREVAN, Armenia) — AffPapa has officially rebranded its flagship event series, previously known as iGaming Club Conference, as AffPapa Conference, a move the company says brings clarity to how the industry already views the events and sets up a sharper, two-track structure for 2026.
The change introduces a new logo, website, and social channels, while keeping AffPapa Conference and iGaming Club under the same umbrella but operating independently with separate identities and goals.
Name change with larger gatherings and a premium format
AffPapa explained that the change was driven by the market’s perception of the events. Over time, attendees, partners, and media increasingly referred to the shows as “AffPapa Conference” and associated them directly with the wider AffPapa ecosystem, prompting the company to formalise that reality.
Going forward, the AffPapa Conference will focus on larger, affiliate-led gatherings, while iGaming Club will lean into smaller, premium-format networking experiences centered on high-quality introductions and private conversations.
AffPapa said both brands will now operate with clearer lanes. The AffPapa Conference will serve as the flagship conference line. iGaming Club continues as the more intimate format, built for curated connection-building around major industry moments.
“In a way, we didn’t rebrand the conference – the industry did”
AffPapa said it originally planned to keep the conference distinct from its core brand. But the industry’s behavior pushed things in another direction. Attendees and partners increasingly referred to the events as “AffPapa Conference,” tagged AffPapa in event posts, and treated the conference as part of the wider AffPapa ecosystem.
Levon Nikoghosyan, CEO & Founder of AffPapa and iGaming Club, explained the shift in the company’s own words:
“This was a challenging step, perhaps even a necessary one, and we decided to take the leap. People consistently referred to our events as AffPapa Conference, tagged AffPapa in event photos, and associated the events with our brand overall. In a way, we didn’t rebrand the conference. The industry did it for us, we are just executing on it.
With the new structure, our goal is simple: to create a clear environment that offers valuable and meaningful experiences to all members of the iGaming community.“
What the 2026 conference plan looks like
With the rebrand in effect, AffPapa Conference is set to run in two cities in 2026: Madrid and Cancun. AffPapa’s stated goal is to bring together affiliates, operators, and B2B providers from Europe, LatAm, and beyond, with a clear emphasis on affiliate-led programming and deal-making.
The company is positioning the two-city schedule as a focused way to scale the conference brand while keeping the event identity consistent across regions.
Where iGaming Club fits in after the change
AffPapa said iGaming Club will continue to operate separately, leaning into a smaller, more intimate experience. The format is designed for structured networking side events and private C-level gatherings that run alongside major industry conferences.
Rather than competing with the main conference floor, iGaming Club’s role is to give select attendees a more organized setting for relationship-building. The stated aim is fewer random encounters, more intentional introductions, and better follow-through.
A new iGaming Club Membership model
Alongside the restructure, iGaming Club is moving toward a private-club model with subscription access through a members-only iGaming Club Membership program. The membership is aimed at affiliates, operators, and B2B providers seeking deeper involvement within the AffPapa community across the calendar year, not just at single events.
AffPapa stated that its members will receive an unlimited annual pass to iGaming Club events and AffPapa Conferences, plus additional benefits, including priority access to booths and sponsorships, exclusive VIP dinners, a featured logo and member badge, discounts across events, and other year-round perks.
AffPapa is possibly building toward a clearer ecosystem
The rebrand and membership launch are being framed as part of a longer-term push to simplify how the market understands AffPapa’s ecosystem while sharpening what each part is meant to deliver: AffPapa Conference for broader affiliate-led conference scale, and iGaming Club for higher-touch networking depth.
AffPapa operates as an iGaming directory that connects affiliates and operators for partnerships and runs industry-facing initiatives, including awards and events. The company says the directory currently includes over 2,300 affiliates and 300+ operators, positioning its events strategy as an extension of the relationships already formed inside its wider platform.
With the next AffPapa Conferences set for Madrid and Cancun in 2026, the company’s message is that the brand name is now catching up to market reality — and the event structure is being rebuilt around clearer expectations for attendees, sponsors, and partners.
